March 2026 Netherlands Mission Trip Application - H2O Church

As a church, we desire to follow in Christ’s footsteps as He came to seek and save the lost, and we value maintaining a global focus as we work to fulfill the Great Commission. During Ohio State's 2026 spring break, we will send a team from H2O Columbus to the city of Delft in the Netherlands. A few years ago, our friends Caleb and Dawn Christman and their five kids moved to Delft to plant a church, "University Church Delft," on the campus of Delft University of Technology (TUDelft) to reach college students for Jesus. Our church will send a team of 10 people to Delft to help the Christmans with their church plant and the needs of their young church, and there will be an amazing opportunity to learn firsthand what it looks like to plant a new church and engage in a new culture! 

The dates for the trip are Friday, March 13 to Saturday, March 21, 2026.

The mission trip will cost about $1,800 per individual. The trip cost is determined by the price of plane tickets, food, lodging and transportation in the country. Tickets cannot be purchased until we know who is going on the trip, so the final, total cost of the trip will become more clear after the application process.

All applications are due by Wednesday, December 31, 2025 @ 11:59p. As applications are submitted, they will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified within about two weeks if their application is approved and they are accepted to go on the trip. After your application is approved, you must fill out the trip registration form and a $400 deposit will be due by Saturday, January 31, 2026 @ 11:59p. The registration and deposit secures your spot and confirms you are going on the trip, and the deposit will be applied to your final cost of the trip.

- No payment is due when you apply, when you get accepted, you'll receive a separate registration form that includes the payment plan.
